I'm looking for a roommate (male or female) to fill one room ASAP in my 3 bedroom 1.5 bath town home off of Welsh Ave. and Southwest Parkway. The house has about 1200 square feet, new washer/dryer, new oven, covered parking, small fenced backyard, covered patio, wireless internet, tile floors and nice carpet that will have been steam cleaned by the time you move in.All utilities combined (including internet) run about $70 per roommate.Current room mates are females -- 24 and 26, very friendly. My roommate is male and a recent graduate from A&M and I am a female senior at A&M.Again, the room is available right now and I'm looking to fill it as soon as possible.
