No teaching or education experience is required. Each program provides extensive on-the-job training and individualized coaching to all participants. Fort Worth Independent School District has a strong need for bilingual educators. All Fort Worth Teaching Fellows assigned to teach bilingual education in Spanish who successfully complete pre-service training and pass required state exams are guaranteed a full-time teaching position for the 2013-2014 school year. No teaching or education experience is required.
